Medical Caucus
The mission of the Medical Caucus shall be to:
- Provide area coordination for medical education planning and development in Western Maryland.
- Supervise clinical medical education programs for medical students and residents from affiliated institutions.
- Represent medicine in interdisciplinary health education planning.
- Promote linkage among Western Maryland area physicians in matters related to professional development and advocacy for improvement in quality of care.
Active members of the Medical Caucus shall fulfill the following Qualifications:
- Individuals shall include physicians and physician preceptors who are interested in various dimensions of medical education in the Western Maryland region.
Meetings:
- Meetings are held twice a year or as necessary.
