FROM THE EAST:
I-270 West to I-70 West. Follow I-70 West to I-68. Come out I-68 almost all the way to Cumberland. Take Exit #46 (signs will say "Naves Cross Road"). At the bottom of the exit ramp, there is a stop sign where you need to turn left.
After about 0.5 mile, you will come to a stop light (a grocery store, "Farley's Foodland," is on your left).

FROM THE WEST:
Follow I-68 all the way through and past Cumberland to Exit 46(North 220 to Bedford).
As you exit the freeway, you need to turn right at the stop sign and drive past the masons barn restaurant. The road veers to the right and heads off to another stop sign, where you will turn left for Route 220, North to Bedford.
After about 0.5 mile, you will come to a stop light. (A grocery store, "Farley's Foodland," is on your left.)

FROM TRAFIC LIGHT :
Turn left at the light (towards Cumberland) and proceed down Bedford Road. (Bedford Road becomes one way after a few hundred yards.)
About 2.0 miles from the light, there is a church steeple on the right and a sign over the road indicating that the road splits. (The left lane is an overpass that leads to downtown Cumberland; the right lane goes down to Alt. U.S. Route 40.) YOU WANT TO BE IN THE RIGHT LANE. Do NOT stay to the left. DO NOT TAKE THE OVERPASS that leads downtown.
After the split, the second street on the right comes very quickly and is Columbia Street--turn right onto it. The second building on your right is the Columbia Building (where AHEC is located). Just past the building on the right is an alleyway and just past the alleyway is our parking lot (also on the right).
